Our traditional wines

Strong and woody red wines, white wines with floral notes… Each one is coming from tradition and is the result of a good exposition among hillsides well placed. Performance is decent but it's enough to provide an exceptional quality.

THE ENVIRONMENT HIGH VALUE CERTIFICATION

Our plots have always been managed wich the sense of responsability and whatever is the generation concerned.

The french label Environment High Value Certification promises an agriculture : 

  • Which includes and develops biodiversity in the farm leading, 
  • Which limits inputs (phyto, fertilizers, energy, external feeds…), for an autonomous agriculture with the respect of soil, water and atmosphere. 

The first and the second levels of the Environement High Value Certification result of the respect of terms and conditions to apply.

The third level innovates : it consists in evaluating practices. The tool used permits to value the whole farming's ecological performance,

The certification covers all the farming activities : cultivation, breeding, plots of land and animals' environment. 

The third level is authenticated by audits that can be managed on a collective plan (territorial scale).

The device is public at 100 per cent. Specifications (checking plans) and certifying bodies can freely access to the website of the Ministry : http://agriculture.gouv.fr/certification-environnementale-mode-demploi-pour-les-exploitations

 

Certified agricultural holdings lean on agro-ecology's principles 

  • Certified agricultural holdings develop production systems that lean on the ecosystem's functionalities (soil fertility, protective wildife of the cultures, plant cover, meadows…).
  • They garantee an agricultural production while reducing pressures on the environment (greenhouse gases reduction, less imputs, preservation of the water resource).
  • They use natural elements as a production factor while maintaining renewal capacities (plant cover, green fertilizers, agroforestery).
  • They encourage the diversity of production systems and rebuild diversified landscapes (cultures diversity, rotations, implementation of agro-ecological infrastructures...).
I really feel I belong to our family history. I'm proud to contribute to this history and everyday I hope I'm up to it.
In this transfer story, I am attached to the respect of the ancients, to what they have accomplished until today. And I note one simple principle : in this profession, legacy gives so much to people. And also I'm obliged to continue as well with the descendants.
That's why I wanted to obtain the Environment High Value Certification. This distinction promotes our practice that respects the soil that we're lucky to farm.

This HVE Certification is the highest level of the agricultural holdings official device. We had to show our daily commitment to deserve this certification : a reasoned agricultural policy, mainly on water management, phytosanitary impact and biodiversity's respect (trees, flowers, insects...).
