L\u2019histoire d\u00e9bute avec mon arri\u00e8re-grand-p\u00e8re, Ulysse. P\u00e9pini\u00e9riste et viticulteur \u00e0 Reignac, en Gironde, il fait l\u2019acquisition du logis de Saint-Ciers sur Gironde en janvier 1923. Au d\u00e9part, seuls 4 hectares de vignes<\/strong> sont \u00e0 exploiter.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Un mois plus tard, son fils Ren\u00e9 vient au monde. Il lui faudra attendre la fin de la guerre pour prendre la suite d\u2019Ulysse et voir la\u00a0parcelle<\/strong>\u00a0passer de 4 \u00e0 10 hectares. Entre-temps, Ren\u00e9 se marie avec Ginette Falmer, elle-m\u00eame propri\u00e9taire\u00a0viticole<\/strong>\u00a0et d\u2019origine charentaise.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

C\u2019est Jean-Pierre Eymas, mon p\u00e8re, fils ain\u00e9 de Ren\u00e9, qui se voit attribu\u00e9 les vignes<\/strong> et la propri\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong> en 1983. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un travail de qualit\u00e9 et une rigueur irr\u00e9prochable, la vigne<\/strong> s\u2019\u00e9tend encore un peu plus au fil des ans.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

D\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e2ge de 10 ans, mon destin est clair : je veux moi aussi \u00eatre viticulteur<\/strong>, comme mon p\u00e8re. Deux ans plus tard, je me retrouve sur le tracteur avant de rejoindre mon p\u00e8re durant les vacances scolaires au c\u0153ur des vignes, pr\u00e9textant ne pas avoir de devoirs. Et c\u2019est une confirmation. Ce m\u00e9tier est fait pour moi. J\u2019aime ce rapport \u00e0 la terre, aux \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui l\u2019entourent. Notre appellation Blaye C\u00f4tes de Bordeaux<\/strong> prend naissance au c\u0153ur d\u2019un terroir<\/strong> situ\u00e9 au nord du vignoble bordelais<\/strong>, sur la rive droite de l\u2019estuaire de la Gironde<\/strong>, face au M\u00e9doc<\/strong>. Il pr\u00e9sente des caract\u00e9ristiques exceptionnelles, qui le pr\u00e9servent de tout \u00e9v\u00e9nement climatique extr\u00eame. Non seulement il s\u2019adapte tr\u00e8s bien aux ann\u00e9es s\u00e8ches, mais sa situation g\u00e9ographique lui conf\u00e8re un caract\u00e8re non g\u00e9lif.
